Welcome to Organic Pure & Simple. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

All our granolas and snacks are freshly baked on demand, using 100% organic ingredients.
We do not use refined sugar, preservatives, or seed oils.
As our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in appearance or weight may occur.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders must be placed and paid for in full before baking begins.
Payment can be made through the methods listed at checkout.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM are eligible for next-day delivery; same-day delivery in Dubai is available for orders placed before 5:30 PM (subject to availability).

3. Delivery

We deliver within the UAE to most the locations.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and being available to receive their order.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM are eligible for next-day delivery; same-day delivery in Dubai is available for orders placed before 5:30 PM (subject to availability).
Express Delivery (4-Hour Service):
- Delivery within 4 hours of order placement
- Available only in Dubai
- Available daily from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

4. Refunds & Returns

Because our products are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

5. Allergies & Dietary Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, sesame, and other allergens.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient lists and ensure the product is safe for their dietary needs.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, product names, images, and website content are the property of Organic Pure & Simple and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future orders.
